How Does It Work?

  • Absolutely! If you prefer to concentrate on graphic design projects, we can certainly prioritize those. You can use your monthly hours as you see fit, based on what is included in your plan. Both plans cover graphic design tasks, including social media posts, posters, website graphics, and other graphic assets (excluding new logo and branding work)

  • Yes, you can stop or pause the service at any time after the initial three-month mandatory period. A minimum notice period of one month is required.

  • If you do not utilise all your allocated hours within a given month, they can be transferred and carried over to the subsequent month. This rollover will continue until the hours are fully utilised.

  • A consultation is required to determine if our retainer service is suitable for your needs. If your website is designed on Squarespace, Webflow, or WIX, we can certainly provide assistance.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Minimum term is 3 months

  • The plans do not cover new logo or branding creation work.

  • Each task requested by the client will be assigned a time estimate and agreed upon before work commences. This time will be deducted from the monthly hours allocated.

  • Minimum term is 3 months

  • You may cancel the monthly plan with one month's notice.

  • Monthly payments will be charged at the beginning of the month in which the plan starts. Setup as Direct Debit
